Refund & Return Policy – Hafsaz Official

At Hafsaz Official, your satisfaction is our priority. We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our return policy is here to help.

Returns

  • We accept returns only if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order to report any issues.

  • Please note: We do not accept returns on customized or altered items.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

  • Exchange requests must also be made within 48 hours of receiving the order.

  • Exchange is subject to availability of the same item or size.

Refunds

  • Refunds are only issued if the requested item is unavailable and a replacement cannot be provided.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

    with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will guide you through the return/exchange process.

  3. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is incorrect or damaged.

Important Notes

  • Items purchased on sale or during promotions are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

  • Hafsaz Official reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria.
